Diversity in STEM! 


I have been using this method for over two years and my first publication about it on the site: http://c3.cniv.ro/ CNIV, Virtual Learning - Virtual Reality Models and Methodologies Technologies and Software Solutions was in December 2017, https://bit.ly/2TXQP4e . Then I presented these models applied to the class at the National Virtual Learning Conference in 26 oktober 2018 as an author( ISSN 1842-4708) where I received the Creativity Award.I used the school's computer science lab. Students also brought tablets or phones. Mobile devices can be used for educational purposes, and this is an example. We have prepared and created the lessons of physics, debates assessments using the Kahoot educational platform! I used the video projector to project these lessons on a wall.


How did you prepare for this activity?

Students were very happy and used this platform with ease. I created the lessons on the platform, registering with an account. Students had to enter the platform to enter a Pin code and then the name. The questions were projected on a screen with a video projector, and their tablets, computers, or phones appeared in four colors. They had to respond by clicking on the color whose answer seemed right to them. I attended the National Virtual Learning Conference CNIV 2018, where I published the method, with these lesson examples and got the Creativity Award.

What were the objectives of activity?

The objectives of these types of lessons, debates, evaluations are:


  • raising digital competence standards;
  • Improving the quality of teaching-learning-evaluation;
  • developing creativity in designing lessons and tests;
  • mutual understanding;
  • development of self-control;
  • collaboration and teamwork;
  • developing self-confidence;
  • the replacement of traditional teaching-learning-evaluation methods with interactive, active-participatory methods.

This method based on teaching-learning-evaluation is easy because the tests are not corrected in the evaluations because each test, after each solving, you can download the results. Students are no longer stressed, time is saved and everything is done through the game.

Kahoot! is in my classroom! Students are glad to use this learning method through the game. Now I create my own tests, games and invite me to participate!

Octombrie 2017  -  Subiectul lunii:  Managementul clasei de elevi Managementul clasei este definit ca abilitatea cadrului didactic de a planifica și organiza activitățile clasei astfel încât să asigure un climat favorabil învățării. Prin managementul clasei se urmărește prevenirea comportamentelor disruptive, pe de o parte, și rezolvarea problemelor comportamentale apărute, pe de altă parte. Obiectivul final al managementului clasei este formarea la elevi a unor abilități de autoreglare a comportamentului. Într-o primă fază, controlul comportamentului este extern (cadre didactice, părinți, colegi), pentru ca apoi, prin interiorizarea unor reguli și modele, să devină autonom.    Idei pentru managementul clasei: -Studiul cărților profesionale care se concentrează pe tema managementului clasei. -Utilizarea de postere ce conţin regulile clasei. -Stabilirea unor rutine clare și previzibile care să ajute la păstrarea lucrurilor în sala de clasă. -Crearea unui colectiv unit de elev
